Funny. This morning as I was brushing my teeth, I heard my astrological forecast for the day from the TV and it went something like: you should be patient today especially of people at work who cannot do what you want to do or understand what you're saying.
I laughed. A colleague pointed out yesterday that I am so obvious when I am getting impatient of people who are rather slow in understanding my point. She said she saw this the last time I was conducting a training. It can even be seen on my face now, she said.
I admit it. I have no more patience for people who are bigots, and those who are not just stupid but arrogant as well. I guess it comes from being in my line of work for almost 2 decades.
Sometimes, I am just too tired of answering questions over and over and over... but it's part of my job. When one is into convincing people to change perspectives and practices, one needs to be super patient. So, I need to change.
